What is a MemoryBound Adventure Pack?
A MemoryBound Adventure Pack brings a little extra excitement, mystery, and magic to your Disney vacation. Through Adventure Cards created around your plans, your child gets to take an active role in the adventure—exploring their surroundings, interacting with others, and creating special memories along the way.

What ages are the Adventure Packs designed for?
Adventure Packs are available in two age ranges: ages 2-3 and ages 4+. Each version is designed with age-appropriate wording and tasks so younger and older adventurers can enjoy the experience in their own way.

Is this a scavenger hunt?
Not quite! Instead of working through a checklist of things to find, each Adventure Card encourages your child to experience the world around them. Every card includes four types of tasks: something to find, an interaction, an experience, and a moment to capture with a photo.

How do the Adventure Cards during our trip?
Before each part of your adventure, give your child the corresponding envelope to open and discover what comes next. Inside, they’ll find an Adventure Card with four simple tasks to try along the way.

There’s no need to complete every task. Do one, do all four, or simply use them as inspiration to slow down, look around, interact, and notice some of the little moments that can easily be missed in a busy park day. The goal isn’t to finish a checklist—it’s to make the adventure their own.

How is my Adventure Pack personalized?
Your Adventure Pack is created around the trip you’re actually taking. When you order, you’ll tell us how you’re traveling, where you’re staying, which parks you’re visiting, how many visits you have planned, and any rest days or special events on your itinerary. We use those details to select Adventure Cards that fit your plans.

Will I receive Adventure Cards for every park?
Only the ones you’re visiting! Your Adventure Pack is built around the parks and experiences included in your itinerary. For longer trips or repeat park visits, you may not receive a new Adventure Card for every individual park day, since each pack includes up to 12 Adventure Cards. Your cards are thoughtfully selected to represent your trip while leaving plenty of time to simply enjoy the adventure along the way.

What if we visit the same park more than once?
Repeat park visits are part of the fun! When your itinerary allows for multiple Adventure Cards for the same park, we’ll include different adventures so your child has something new to discover. For longer trips, not every repeat visit will necessarily include a new card.

Can I order for more than one child?
Absolutely! Chapter Notes for up to 3 children are included with each Adventure Pack, so siblings can share the same adventure while each having their own place to capture their memories.

For families with more than 3 children participating, additional sets of Chapter Notes can be added for $10 per child.

We recommend having children traveling together share one Adventure Pack rather than purchasing separate packs for the same trip. They can experience the Adventure Cards together while completing their own Chapter Notes along the way.

What if our plans change after I order?
No worries—your Adventure Cards aren’t assigned to specific dates or times, so you can rearrange them as your plans change throughout your vacation.

Because every Adventure Pack is created specifically for your trip, personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If your plans change before your order is prepared, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Can I request specific missions or experiences?
Individual tasks cannot be requested, but you’ll have space during ordering to tell us about special plans or experiences that are part of your trip.

How far in advance should I order?
Adventure Packs are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. We recommend ordering early enough to allow for both processing time and the shipping option you select at checkout.

How long does it take to prepare my Adventure Pack?
Each Adventure Pack is prepared individually using the trip details you provide when ordering. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to personalize, prepare, and package your order before it ships.

How will my Adventure Pack be shipped?
MemoryBound Adventure Packs are shipped directly to you so everything is ready before your vacation begins. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

What if my trip is coming up soon?
If your trip is coming up soon and you’re unsure whether your Adventure Pack will arrive in time, contact us before placing your order. We’ll let you know whether we’re able to prepare and ship your order in time for your adventure.

What is the MemoryBound Storybook?
The MemoryBound Storybook turns the moments from your adventure into a keepsake you can revisit long after the vacation is over. Your favorite photos, completed Adventure Cards, and Chapter Notes are brought together to tell the story of your child’s adventure from beginning to end.

How does the Storybook work?
During your trip, enjoy the adventure, complete your Adventure Cards and Chapter Notes, and capture your favorite moments along the way. After you return home, you’ll send your completed MemoryBound materials back to us and upload the photos you’d like included. We’ll bring everything together into your personalized MemoryBound Storybook.

Do I need to purchase a Storybook with my Adventure Pack?
Not at all! Your Adventure Pack is designed to be enjoyed completely on its own.

If you’d like a Storybook, you can add one to your Adventure Pack for $100. Storybooks purchased with an Adventure Pack include a prepaid return mailer, making it easy to send your completed Adventure Cards and Chapter Notes back to MemoryBound after your trip.

What should I save from our trip for the Storybook?
Save your Adventure Cards and completed Chapter Notes, and take plenty of photos along the way! Your Adventure Pack is designed to create natural opportunities to capture the little moments and memories that can later become part of your Storybook.

How do I send my photos?
If you purchase your Storybook with your Adventure Pack, a QR code will be included in your package that takes you directly to the Storybook photo upload form. After your trip, simply scan the code and upload the photos you’d like included.

If you purchase a Storybook separately, instructions for uploading your photos will be provided after purchase.

Can I purchase a Storybook after our trip?
Yes! If you decide after your vacation that you’d like to turn your adventure into a Storybook, you can purchase the MemoryBound Storybook separately for $125. Be sure to save your completed Adventure Cards and Chapter Notes, along with your favorite photos from the trip.
